Robbins leverages 30+ years of industry expertise into an array of specialized services that deliver practical solutions focused on well-managed construction and real estate related projects, improved facility efficiency, operational cost savings and environmental stewardship.
During her 24-year career as a commercial tenant rep and project manager, Robbins developed facility and site selection strategies and synergized transactional, design and construction activities on a local and national basis for businesses ranging from entrepreneurial enterprises to Fortune 100 companies.
Robbins is a LEED® Accredited Professional, Green Advantage Certified and a licensed Texas real estate Broker. Co-author of the Green Office Guide (a nationally-released USGBC handbook). She also instructs third-party Construction Management classes and speaks on green building issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. Robbins founded World War Art, LLC in 2011, which sells Limited Edition Giclée prints of her father’s artwork featuring WWII-era military aircraft, and co-authored Journey To Grace 40-Day Devotional in 2009 as a Co-Founder of Graces, Inc., a Christian outreach tailored to executive women.
A native Dallasite, Eugenia is married to commercial real estate executive, Bob Robbins. They reside in
Dallas, TX with their dog, Ollie, and attend Stonebriar Community Church.
