Melanie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, in an ‘undisclosed year, but grew up most of her life on the Gulf Coast in Mississippi.  She grew up in a family of 6 children.  Melanie came to Dallas to attend S.M.U. where she received her B.B.A. in Real Estate and Marketing.  She has been married to Randy for 30 years and has 3 children; Marissa, Monica and Hampton.  Melanie and Randy are active members and volunteers at Prestonwood Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 12 years.   She  served several years on the Boards of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and CREW Dallas.  Melanie currently co-leads / teaches a Women’s weekly Bible Study.

she has been in Commercial Real Estate for 30 years, and has been with Bradford Companies for the last 10 years, where she serves as a Senior Vice President.   She is a member of the Cox School of Business Alumni Association and also a member of CREW Dallas, CREW National Network, NTCAR and NAIOP.
