Michelle Linss, HR Training Coordinator at Structure Tone Southwest, has been in the construction industry for 9 years in various roles such as Office Manager, Accounting Administrator and currently HR Training Coordinator.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she attended the University of Texas at El Paso, graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management in 2003. Her family moved to Grapevine, Texas in August of 2015.

Michelle is happily married to her husband, Eddie, for 23 years. They have three children, Alexandria (26), living in California, Kaleb (18), a senior at Southlake Carroll High School and Kaden (14), an 8th grader at Southlake Carroll Middle School. Michelle attends Gateway Church in Southlake. She has a passion for sharing God’s path for her to encourage and show His immense love for us.
