A. Starke (Tracy) Taylor, III, is currently President and Principal of MoveIt Storage Management, Inc.  Mr. Taylor entered the Commercial Real Estate business in 1972 and together with George Watson formed Watson & Taylor Companies in 1974.  Over the last 37 years with Watson & Taylor, Mr. Taylor has been involved in the development and management of self storage facilities, industrial business centers, office buildings and apartment projects in multiple states.  In 2013, Mr. Taylor and Mr. Watson terminated their partnership.  Shortly thereafter, Mr. Taylor and several of the Watson & Taylor key executives started MoveIt Management.  Currently, MoveIt Management is actively acquiring self storage properties in the Southeast and Southwest United States.  He is immediate past Chairman of the International Self Storage Association.  He is a member of the Advisory Board of U Store ItREIT.  He is also a member of the Large Operators Council of the Self Storage Association, a select group of multiple operators from around the world who share operating information and management expertise.

Tracy Taylor graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1966 with a BBA degree.  He if former Chairman of the Board of Priority One, an international missionary organization.  He served on the Board of Trustees of Dallas Theological Seminary for sixteen years, the Dallas County Advisory Board of The Salvation Army, and the regional Young Life Board.  In addition, he is a former President of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and a past Board Member of MBank Preston.  Currently, Mr. Taylor is an Elder of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.  Mr. Taylor is married to Diane Douglass Taylor and they have five children and ten grandchildren.
