Frank Bullock serves as Executive Vice President and Division Head of the Retail Division with Henry S. Miller.

Frank has concentrated on representing corporate entrepreneurs as well as local tenants / buyers and landlords / sellers with a specialization in retail and mixed-use developments.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and has represented national restaurants
and retailers in over 18 states. His reputation and professional respect in DFW is a direct result of his passion for aggressively and successfully representing his clients while simultaneously respecting the counterpart in the transaction.

Frank is a member of NTCAR and ICSC.

Mike Wadsworth Personal Testimony - December 20, 2017

Mike Wadsworth has been active in the Dallas commercial real estate market for 33 years.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Texas.  Mike’s previous work experience encompasses these firms: KPMG Peat Marwick, Gerald D. Hines Interests, Rosewood Property Company, Beechwood Company, Lehndorff USA, Centex Commercial Development and Butler Burgher/Trophy Investments.  Mike joined MC Smith Interests, LLC in 2008 where he oversees asset management and acquisitions. In his roles at those firms, he has been involved in acquisitions and dispositions of over $600 million of commercial real estate, has supervised accounting and analyst groups and has overseen the asset management of a variety of properties.

Previously, Mike has served his community in various leadership roles including a 4 year term as a member of the Prosper Town Council, President of the Prosper Economic Development Corporation, a member of the inaugural Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission, Treasurer and two-term Board member of Dallas Real Estate Ministries, Treasurer and a board member of the Abiding Fathers’ Ministry, a 5 year term on the Board of Baylor Scott & White-McKinney,  Scoutmaster of BSA Troop 289 and Vice President and Basketball Commissioner of the Prosper Sports Association.  Mike’s current and former association memberships include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Council (TREC).  Mike and his wife Mitzi live in Dallas and have two adult sons, Adam and Ryan and a 16 year old beagle named Bailey.

David Ridley

David founded Invesco Real Estate (IRE) in 1983.  As CEO of IRE for 27 years between 1983 and 2010, he was responsible for developing the firm’s investment processes, operating policies, staffing, operating philosophy and cultural values. Under David’s direction, the firm grew into a multi-national company with more than 400 employees and more than $65 billion in assets under management, one of the largest and most diversified real estate investment firms in the world.

Respected for its consistency, stability, exceptional client service, and strong performance, IRE developed a reputation as one of the world’s premiere real estate funds management firms, managing assets for prestigious institutional clients including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global corporations. Perhaps more importantly, David was able to cultivate a strong corporate culture at IRE that made it an employer of choice – attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry and generating loyalty in employees and clients alike.

In recognition of IRE’s success, Invesco, Ltd. named David as one of its Senior Managing Directors in 2013, responsible for co-chairing the firm’s global institutional management committees and leading its institutional client engagement efforts for the firm’s $800 billion in assets under management and its 6,000 employees worldwide.

David is a graduate of the University of Texas and resides with his wife, Kandy, in Dallas, TX.  An active participant in his community, David is very involved in his church, in mentoring many young business professionals, and is on the Board of Directors for Grad Resources, an organization dedicated to serving the emotional and spiritual needs of graduate students. He’s also passionate about helping individuals and organizations increase their productivity by finding their purpose

Betsy Power

Betsy Power Personal Testimony - October 25, 2017

Betsy Power grew up in the small East Texas community of Chapel Hill, near Tyler.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas in 1985 and a law degree from Texas Tech University in 1988.  She practiced law for 20 years, with a 6 year hiatus in between as a District Manager for Starbucks Coffee.  In 2011 she shifted her career from law to commercial real estate at Fischer, Dallas.  In 2016 she became Director of Real Estate for Frito Lay, a division of PepsiCo, where she oversees a team managing 1,600 industrial facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Betsy attends church at Northwest Bible where she serves as a Stephen Minister.  She has one son, Major, a Junior at Highland Park High School.
