Timothy Veler has worked at Transwestern and specializes in Industrial and Office Real Estate for national and local clients, including acquisition / disposition, investment sales, agency leasing and tenant representation.

Timothy began his career as a Police officer in Raleigh North Carolina and transitioned into commercial real estate in 1995 as an owner / partner of a real estate investment business focusing on commercial real estate investments, responsible for the acquisition, disposition and management of small multi-family investment properties.

Timothy takes a service oriented approach to real estate brokerage and focuses on his clients’ goals, objectives and needs within client-driven timelines, to assure efficient and professional handling of their transactions. Leasing/ownership services transactions include Prologis Inc. (local partner to global tradeTM) and Colony Northstar.

Melanie Hughes has spent her entire career in commercial real estate;
and has served as a senior Vice President with Bradford Companies for the last 15 years.
She is married with three adult children. With two married daughters and a son who is engaged, she
considers herself a grandmother-in-waiting.

Melanie gave her testimony at the DREM Luncheon in 2014.
But a lot has happened since then. Melanie will share the story of
her spiritual journey over the last ten years and how
she has discovered through a series of trials;
that the only thing greater than knowing God,
is knowing God better.

Marie Quintana

Marie Quintana Personal Testimony - March 28, 2018

Ms. Quintana has over 30 years of corporate experience and has held executive positions for the past 22 years. As CEO of The Quintana Group, Ms. Quintana is focused on transformational business strategies to engage consumers and maximize sales results. She is an advisor to several companies focused on digital marketplace, new product launch and consumer demand.

In a previous role, Ms. Quintana spent 14 years with PepsiCo, most recently as the SVP of PepsiCo Multicultural Sales and Marketing. She led PepsiCo’s strategy for PepsiCo’s multicultural markets, pioneering an integrated approach to align the company’s brands, retail activation programs and community initiatives. Ms. Quintana became the one voice of PepsiCo to the Hispanic community. Her role extended to PR and community relations as keynote speaker at multiple National Hispanic Organizations. Ms. Quintana also served as PepsiCo Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Global IT Strategy where she directed the PepsiCo Technology organization and instrumental in creating the first PepsiCo Shared Services. Previous to PepsiCo, Ms. Quintana held management positions at Perot Systems and at IBM.

A native of Cuba, Ms. Quintana was named one of the Top 50 Hispanic Women in Business by Hispanic Business Magazine and one of the Top 50 Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer.  Ms. Quintana has served on the Board of the Network of Executive Women (NEW), chaired the Corporate Advisory Board for Latina Style, and was a member of the Advisory Board for the National Council of La Raza.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Dallas and on the Board of Gifting Brands. Ms. Quintana is a contributing author to the book “WIN, The Hispanic Market” and is a sought-after national speaker on Latina and women on business issues.  She holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University and Master’s degree from Tulane University.

Frank has concentrated on representing corporate entrepreneurs as well as local tenants / buyers and landlords / sellers with a specialization in retail and mixed-use developments.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and has represented national restaurants
and retailers in over 18 states. His reputation and professional respect in DFW is a direct result of his passion for aggressively and successfully representing his clients while simultaneously respecting the counterpart in the transaction.

Frank is a member of NTCAR and ICSC.
