T. D. Briggs co-founded Peloton Commercial Real Estate in 2002, which is also a servant minded based real estate company based in Dallas with other locations in Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. Peloton was founded on the basis of team work; that a group of competitive, motivated individuals working in unison excel and achieve higher levels of performance as a group than what is possible as individuals.

Peloton completed approximately 650 transactions totaling over 5 million square feet across the state of Texas in 2015. Peloton’s market leadership not only shows in the clients and the 24 million square feet plus of leased and managed properties, but also in recognition from the business community, including:

John Delin

John Delin Personal Testimony - February 22, 2017

John Delin, Managing Principle, CEO, Integrity Group. John is a lifelong resident of the Dallas / Ft Worth Metroplex, and has extensive knowledge and development experience working in the Dallas / Ft Worth markets. Prior to overseeing Integrity’s growth starting in 2010, John had successfully built and sold more than 200 homes, averaging over $400,000. John has spent the last 30 years transforming Integrity Group from a small, family-owned company, into a full service commercial and residential real estate development company with an active pipeline of over $200 million dollars in projects.

John and Diana were married in 1983 and have a growing family with their sons and daughter in laws, Bryce and his wife Laura, and Ryan and his fiance, Caroline. Bryce is COO of Integrity Group and Laura is manager over the accounting department. Ryan is Director of Residential Operations. Diana is also the Office Manager at Integrity.

John & Diana have been members of Crosstimbers Community Church in Argyle since 2001 and both are actively involved in the church in men’s and women’s ministry. They have also led an active small group for over 5 years. Their love of the Lord radiates thru the family and all they do.


John Gajdica

John Gajdica Personal Testimony - January 25, 2017

John is global chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of the Realty Management Division (RMD). He serves as chair of the RMD Business Operations Group and cosponsor of the Dallas Black Network. Previously, John was the global chief operating officer for RMD from 2012 to 2014. From 2008 to 2012, he was chief financial officer and business unit manager of Archon. Prior to that, John was vice president and global corporate controller of Archon. He joined Archon, formerly a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, as a vice president in 2002. John was named managing director in 2012.

Previously, John worked at Lend Lease/AMRESCO, where he served as controller, corporate treasurer, and chief financial officer of Real Estate Investment Businesses, and at ENSCO International as director of Financial Reporting. John also worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

John earned a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from TexasA&M University in 1986. He is a certified public accountant.


Tom Doyle

Tom Doyle Personal Testimony - December 21, 2016

Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel. As the Vice President and Middle East Director for e3 Partners since 2001, Tom’s experience in the heart of these Islamic nations is extensive. A gifted storyteller, Tom brings God’s astounding work in these nations to light.  Whether in his books, on television (FOX News, The 700 Club), on the radio (Focus on the Family, Janet Parshall Live), at conferences (Epicenter, Passion), or in local churches, Tom shares fresh, compelling, and thought-provoking reports of God’s activity.

Tom graduated from Biola College in 1979 and Dallas Theological Seminary in 1983. He is an officially licensed guide for the State of Israel and has led over 60 tours to the land of the Bible.  After pastoring churches in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico for 20 years, he became the Middle East director for e3 Partners/I Am Second. His wife of 34 years, JoAnn, serves with him at e3 as the director of Not Forgotten, a ministry to women of the Middle East. They have six children and three grandchildren. Tom has written 7 books including the best selling: Dreams and Visions-Is Jesus Awakening the Muslim World?


Sterling Worth

Sterling Worth Personal Testimony - September 28, 2016

Mr. Worth joined IRE’s Acquisitions group in 2006 and was responsible for underwriting all asset classes of commercial property for separate accounts and Invesco Funds. In early 2014, Mr. Worth was promoted to investment officer and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities for primary and secondary markets across the United States. Prior to joining IRE, he was an investment analyst for Trammell Crow Company where he worked in the National Services group on the Invesco account, valuing existing Invesco assets managed by Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Worth has 12 years of experience within the institutional commercial real estate industry, providing a sound analytical base to effectively identify and acquire quality investment opportunities going forward. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
