Randy Ransom Personal Testimony - February 22, 2023 Randy is a Christ follower, husband, and father who resides in Canton, TX with his wife Heather and three daughters (Amy, Ellie & Caroline). He was born in Baton Rouge, LA and moved to TX in 1996 to pursue his education at Texas A&M. Randy graduated (Class of 2000) with his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Randy enjoys shooting sports, teaching bible study, bee keeping and loves to spend time with his wife and children. Randy is a former Christian missionary to Lusaka, Zambia where he started serving overseas as the Director of Operations/Construction. He aided in the construction of the Tree of Life Children’s Village for HIV/AIDS orphans. Later he ran all operations in Zambia for the organization. He continues to serve God faithfully as a member of the First Baptist Church of Canton. |

Hudson Taylor - January 25, 2023 Hudson Taylor is currently an Associate with the Swearingen Realty Group in Dallas, Texas, where he focuses his attention on office tenant representation in Dallas and across the country. He also provides services to industrial tenants, retail tenants, and owners of real estate. Hudson is a native of Dallas, Texas. He grew up in the northeast part of the city and graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 2013. After high school he headed off to the great plains of Lubbock where he attended Texas Tech University and earned a BBA in Marketing. After graduation, he came back to Dallas and joined Swearingen in October of 2018. Over the last decade Hudson has been involved with several different ministries. He served as a volunteer Young Life leader in Lubbock during his time in college and then with Lake Highlands Young Life from 2018 – 2022. Hudson is currently involved with Search Ministries where he serves on different committees and has also served on the Forerunner Mentoring golf committee. Hudson just recently joined the DREM board. Hudson is a member of a men’s small group that has met weekly for the past five years to encourage and spur each other on in pursuing Christ. He attends church at Highland Country Fellowship in Dallas. Hudson is an avid golfer and loves spending time with his family and friends. |

Charles Crouch Personal Testimony - December 21, 2022 If you know him, you know he is genuine, real and in your face. He is not shy to tell you how it is, which can catch you off guard, be exciting and bring you closer in because you know he IS the real deal and cares about your heart. He is a force for Faith and Righteousness. Always willing to help guide others and be guided himself. (AKA He knows how to say he is sorry.) He is adventurous, not scared of a thing and known to be a Macgyver kind of guy. Not only is he a former Navy Seal, previous Crossfit gym owner, but also served in high level private security. Serving in the military his heart quickly grew towards getting married and becoming the best of the best family, now he leads others towards being a good leader and speaking engagements. Leading Truth at Work tables he brings leaders in the work place to a higher level of ownership, he leads his family in a God honoring way and is now passionately investing into your life and the ones you most care about. Whether, one on one meetings, group setting or large speaking engagements, Charles is your guy. His authentic wisdom and life experiences will leave you in awwwww and wanting more. Justin Goertz Personal Testimony - November 17, 2022 Justin Goertz is a career sales-professional focused on commercial real estate and specifically – property tax consulting services – with Invoke Tax Partners. He has developed successful engagements with clients having responsibility for local, regional and national portfolios of commercial property as we all as large corporate customers. Justin specializes in applying his industry knowledge and expertise to educate and advise clients on property tax minimization and planning strategies for their commercial office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multifamily properties. In addition to being an active member of The Real Estate Council, Justin is a licensed property tax consultant in the state of Texas, he is a Past President of Real Estate Financial Executives Association and has volunteered with great, local organizations including The North Texas Food Bank, The Salvation Army, Genesis Women's Shelter and Vogel Alcove. Justin is an active member in many industry organizations including ULI, TREC, NTCAR, NAIOP, IPT, TAPTP, REFEA and DREM. He is a 2013 graduate of The Associate Leadership Council (TREC), a 2020 graduate of The Center for Leadership (ULI) and is happy to point out his alma mater – Texas Lutheran University – on a map. Justin loves spending time with his family (wife-Elizabeth and three daughters) and friends. Bill Cawley Personal Testimony - October 28, 2022 Bill Cawley is the brand and vision behind Cawley Partners, a full-service, Dallas-based real estate company historically focused on commercial office product. Over the course of his career, Bill has owned all classes of commercial real estate in multiple markets across the country. He is continually recognized as one of the most influential business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 2020, Bill was named Developer of the Year by D CEO Magazine, and most recently, he was the 2022 inductee to the NTCAR (The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals) Hall of Fame. Bill has acquired and developed more than 15 million square feet of commercial office product. His company, Cawley Partners, has been the premier office developer along the Dallas North Tollway, developing more than $500 million of Class A office space and totaling more than 1.5 million square feet within the last 5 years. Bill Cawley served as the 2020 Chairman of TREC (The Real Estate Council) and is a past board member of NTCAR. Bill is an active member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and serves on the SMU COX Folsom Institute for Real Estate Advisory Board. In addition to his industry related committee positions, Bill serves the local community as a Board Member of Children’s Medical, while also supporting numerous charitable organizations. |
