Reagan Dixon

Reagan Dixon Personal Testimony - November 18, 2020

Reagan Dixon has been in the commercial real estate business for 50 years. He started in 1970 with Grady Jordan and Company. In 1973, he started Dixon, Garfield & McCall with his partners Ray Garfield and Rick McCall. In 1982, they sold their company to Merrill Lynch and became Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate. While at Merrill Lynch, he was the leading producer in the Dallas office in 1982, 1983 and 1984. He was the nation’s top producer in 1983. In 1985, he became the Regional Manager of Merrill Lynch’s 5 state area until 1989, when he joined Cushman & Wakefield as Dallas’ Branch Manager. During his 12 years with C&W, he received the national Branch Manager of the Year award in 1994 and the People’s Choice Award in 1998 for being the most admired manager in the country. In 2000, Dixon received the Dallas Business Journal Mentor Award for his guidance, encouragement and inspiration to the commercial real estate community. He was also recognized by NTCAR as the recipient of the McCauley Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. From 2002 until the present he has been a consultant and coach for brokers, managers and owners across the country.

Dixon holds the CCIM designation and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certificate. He has served on numerous NTCAR committees and was the Chairman of the Board in 1992. He is founder and first president of the Land Council of North Texas, the founder of Manager’s Forum (which consists of the top managers of commercial real estate firms in Dallas), and he was one of the Charter members of the Board of Directors of The Real Estate Council.

Dixon has served on the Board of Elders for Fellowship Bible Church of Park Cities, All Saints Anglican Church and Highland Country Fellowship. He served on the Board of Directors of Sky Ranch for 20 years.


Holt Lunsford

Holt Lunsford Personal Testimony - October 16, 2020

Holt Lunsford is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), a commercial real estate service and investment company founded in 1993. HLC’s core lines of business include development, leasing, property management and investments in the office, industrial and multifamily sectors. They manage and lease a 70 million square foot portfolio of buildings in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston for private and institutional owners, and have developed or acquired over 10 million square feet through their investment company, Frontier Equity.

In addition to his commercial real estate business, Holt is Founder and Chairman of Liberty Capital Bank, a Texas-based banking institution founded in 2007, and GFS Logistics, an integrated third-party logistics and fulfillment company.

Holt is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, teaching cases in the Harvard curriculum called “Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. and Shady Trail”.

Holt feels giving back of time and treasure to the community is vital and currently serves on the Board of the Baylor Health Care System Foundation and the Baylor University Medical Center. He also has served as Chairman of the Board of The Real Estate Council (TREC), a 1,200-member real estate trade organization based in Dallas, Texas, and The Board of Trustees for Abilene Christian University.

Holt is actively involved philanthropically through a family foundation organized to help the disadvantaged and underprivileged. Non-profits they support include Rio Bravo Ministries, RREACH, Dallas Leadership Foundation, Denison Forum for Truth and Culture, Dolphin Heights Neighborhood Association, ChristianWorks for Children, First Liberty Institute, EvanTell, and East West-Ministries International.


Ali Master

Ali Master Personal Testimony - September 23, 2020

Ali is a seriel intrapreneur with a passion for building new services and inclusive teams. He is an immigrant from Pakistan and is the best selling author of Beyond the Golden Door: Seeing the American Dream Through an Immigrant’s Eyes. He is a dad, husband, and church leader. A professional cricketer wannabe and an always hopeful Dallas Cowboys fan.

Based in Dallas, Ali has been with EY since 1995 and is a tax partner. He specializes in developing technology enabled services that reduce employer costs and compliance risks. In this role, Ali has advised some the largest employers on the globe. Additionally, he also leads strategic relationships and acquisitions for a segment of EY Tax.

Ali has served as a member of EY’s Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council (IAC) and is currently a member of EY’s U.S. Partner Council. He is a graduate of leadership programs from the Kellogg School of Management and Harvard University. He is a frequent speaker on a range of topics including: diversity and inclusion, personal transformation, the immigrant expereince, faith, and culture.

Ali is a Texas CPA. He has been featured in/on Yahoo Finance, The 700 Club, NBC-DFW, The Dallas
Morning News, and The Eric Metaxes Show. His thought leadership has been published in the CFO
Magazine, Salon, Bloomberg BNA, DiversityInc., Accounting Today, and BenefitsPro.


KC Kronbach

KC Kronbach Personal Testimony - August 26, 2020

KC Kronbach is a Managing Partner at MoxieBridge. Prior to co-founding MoxieBridge, KC Kronbach was co-founder and Managing Partner for Knightvest Capital headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2007, Knightvest Capital grew into one of the largest multifamily owners in the Southwest. During his tenure, Knightvest acquired over $3 billion in real estate investments totaling approximately 30,000 housing units. Under KC’s stewardship, Knightvest Capital achieved a 9-year net investor return north of 30%.

KC graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He completed his graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University.


Pryor Blackwell

Pryor Blackwell Personal Testimony - June 24, 2020

Pryor Blackwell founded Bandera Ventures with Chuck Anderson and Tom Leiser in May 2003. The Partners have over 140 years’ experience in commercial real estate development encompassing in excess of 62 million square feet of development and acquisitions throughout the United States and Canada. Bandera’s real estate development expertise includes office, industrial, retail, medical, data centers, and build-to-suit projects.

Before founding Bandera Ventures, Mr. Blackwell was President of the Development and Investment Group of Trammell Crow Company. He served as a member of the Operating Committee, Executive Committee and the Trammell Crow Company Board of Directors. He also served as a Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Trammell Crow Company where he was employed for over 18 years. He was a key member of a small team of Crow executives who orchestrated the initial public offering and sale of shares of Trammell Crow Company (NYSE: TCC).

 

Pryor graduated from Texas Tech University in 1983 with a BBA in Finance.
