Rafael Kreklau has been in the Dallas banking industry over 20 years. Since then, he’s helped hundreds of business owners and real estate investors close millions of dollars in business and real estate loans. He’s passionate about helping his clients succeed by providing them with financial solutions with a consultative approach. 

Apart from his banking career, Rafael is married, has two children, attends church and enjoys volunteering as a Board of Director for Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM). 

Hudson is currently a Transaction Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Advisory Group. He specializes in multi-market advisory and portfolio management for office and industrial tenants, which includes Fortune

1000 corporate occupiers and Am Law 100 Firms.  He has represented tenants in multiple major U.S. markets, as well as many other markets across North America.

Hudson graduated from Texas Tech University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  He got his start in commercial real estate in 2018 working for the Swearingen Realty Group in Dallas.  He has been with Cushman & Wakefield since August 2023.  Hudson has volunteered with multiple ministries, such as Young Life, Search Ministries, and Forerunner Mentoring.  He currently lives in Lake Highlands with his wife Taylor. Yes, “Taylor Taylor” and their son Tucker.

Garrison Efird serves as a Senior Managing Director and specializes in tenant representation. Partnering directly with firm President and Vice Chairman Jim Cooksey, he has extensive expertise in navigating both local and international transactions.

Over the past decade, Efird has advised companies on over 10 million square feet, accounting for $1 billion in aggregate value. In 2024, he helped negotiate the single largest lease completed in North America.

As an expert in Office and Industrial, he has significant depth in technology, third-party logistics (3PL), financial services, law firm, private equity & venture capital portfolio advisory, and education industry sectors.

Efird is also a market leader for Newmark’s Technology and Innovation Practice Group; actively expanding numerous prominent and emerging software, aerospace & defense, and robotic companies across North America.  

Yolanda Lawler is a Gerontologist, real estate investor, and dedicated servant leader with a passion for faith-driven impact in both community and marketplace.  As the founder of Servants Heart Entrepreneurs Ministry, she is committed to empowering Christian women entrepreneurs to walk boldly in their marketplace assignment while honoring God through business and leadership.

Yolanda's professional background is rooted in Gerontology, where she specializes in supporting older adults and their families through the complexities of aging, including dementia care, senior living, Medicare and end-of-life support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Aging Services Management from the University of Southern California. Her work has equipped her to approach care holistically addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of individuals and families.

In addition to Yolanda's work in aging services, she is an active real estate investor and landlord, with a heart for creating safe, stable housing and building generational wealth within communities. Her combined experience in caregiving, ministry, and real estate allows her to bring a unique, compassionate, and purpose-driven perspective to her role as a board member of the Dallas Real Estate Ministry.

Yolanda is passionate about using real estate as a tool for transformation—serving families, strengthening communities, and advancing Kingdom principles through ethical stewardship and leadership.

Trenton Price, a native of Dallas/Fort Worth, was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. His passion and commitment to his hometown are evident in his extensive portfolio of commercial projects spanning the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These projects include Globe Life Park in Arlington and numerous office and retail properties throughout the metroplex. Trenton’s portfolio encompasses over $500 million in assets.

Before entering real estate, Trenton pursued a career in finance, earning a BA in Finance. 

He had a successful stint as a financial planner before transitioning into real estate.

Trenton joined Vision Commercial in 2017, starting his real estate career at another local firm. Initially, he served as the Director of Vision Commercial’s Mid-Cities/HEB portfolio. In this role, he demonstrated his expertise in providing client advisory services, including landlord representation and investment sales. In 2019, he opened the company’s new Arlington office at Globe Life Park. In 2021, he was elected as the President of Vision Commercial.

Before entering commercial real estate, Trenton’s career spanned various financial roles.  He began at Spectrum Financial Group, starting as a financial advisor and later transitioning to wealth management. Subsequently, he was recruited to Cornerstone as their Executive Director of Operations. In this position, he oversaw the facilities, accounting, and human resource departments. Additionally, Trenton spent seven years at Tarrant County College, contributing to both the academic and workforce development aspects of the organization.

As an active and engaged community member, Trenton actively participates in various volunteer activities. He regularly volunteers for youth sporting events with the Amateur Athletic Union and has served six years on the Tarrant County Literacy Coalition’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, he is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and Corporate Leadership Council. In his free time, Trenton enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family.
