He was invited to attend Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM) as a "business networking" event over 10 years ago. He knew from his first Impact Lunch that there was something different about this group than any others he attended. He was a faithful attendee building an incredible faith-filled business community up to the time when God opened the door for him to step in as the Executive Director in January 2023. Prior to his role within DREM, he served >4years as a board member of Abiding Fathers and continues to serve on the Advisory Board. He is committed to serving the Lord, leading his wife and shepherding his children as best he knows how, while honoring God's direction that is outlined in His word!
His relation to Dallas Real Estate, comes in his role as Senior Vice President & Relationship Manager at Liberty Capital Bank in Addison, TX. His focus has been developing relationships with growing churches & non-profits along with financing all CRE asset classes, with an expertise in construction and development projects throughout the metroplex. He is also in his second year at SMU Cox Business School attending the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking program.

Michelle White serves as Controller at Northgate Construction, where she plays a key role in overseeing financial operations and supporting the company’s continued growth and stability. With a strong foundation in both operations and leadership, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to managing complex business functions.

Prior to her current role, Michelle spent over a decade as Vice President and Director of Operations at waldrop+nichols studio, llc in Dallas, Texas. As a member of the leadership team, she was deeply involved in shaping company strategy, managing business and HR operations, and ensuring alignment between long-term goals and day-to-day execution. She led contract negotiations, budgeting, and purchasing efforts, while also overseeing daily operations and maintaining compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
Michelle has served as the Business Coordinator for Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM) since 2014, a role she greatly enjoys. She and her fiancé, Brian, stay busy with their four sons, who range in age from 18 to 24. They are looking forward to getting married in fall 2026.

Hudson graduated from Texas Tech University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. He got his start in commercial real estate in 2018 working for the Swearingen Realty Group in Dallas. He has been with Cushman & Wakefield since August 2023. Hudson has volunteered with multiple ministries, such as Young Life, Search Ministries, and Forerunner Mentoring. He currently lives in Lake Highlands with his wife Taylor. Yolanda's professional background is rooted in Gerontology, where she specializes in supporting older adults and their families through the complexities of aging, including dementia care, senior living, Medicare and end-of-life support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Aging Services Management from the University of Southern California. Her work has equipped her to approach care holistically addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of individuals and families.
In addition to Yolanda's work in aging services, she is an active real estate investor and landlord, with a heart for creating safe, stable housing and building generational wealth within communities. Her combined experience in caregiving, ministry, and real estate allows her to bring a unique, compassionate, and purpose-driven perspective to her role as a board member of the Dallas Real Estate Ministry.

Trenton Price, a native of Dallas/Fort Worth, was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. His passion and commitment to his hometown are evident in his extensive portfolio of commercial projects spanning the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These projects include Globe Life Park in Arlington and numerous office and retail properties throughout the metroplex. Trenton’s portfolio encompasses over $500 million in assets.
Before entering real estate, Trenton pursued a career in finance, earning a BA in Finance.
He had a successful stint as a financial planner before transitioning into real estate.
Trenton joined Vision Commercial in 2017, starting his real estate career at another local firm. Initially, he served as the Director of Vision Commercial’s Mid-Cities/HEB portfolio. In this role, he demonstrated his expertise in providing client advisory services, including landlord representation and investment sales. In 2019, he opened the company’s new Arlington office at Globe Life Park. In 2021, he was elected as the President of Vision Commercial.
Before entering commercial real estate, Trenton’s career spanned various financial roles. He began at Spectrum Financial Group, starting as a financial advisor and later transitioning to wealth management. Subsequently, he was recruited to Cornerstone as their Executive Director of Operations. In this position, he oversaw the facilities, accounting, and human resource departments. Additionally, Trenton spent seven years at Tarrant County College, contributing to both the academic and workforce development aspects of the organization.
As an active and engaged community member, Trenton actively participates in various volunteer activities. He regularly volunteers for youth sporting events with the Amateur Athletic Union and has served six years on the Tarrant County Literacy Coalition’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, he is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and Corporate Leadership Council. In his free time, Trenton enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family.
